I have a recurring dream where I travel to remote towns. Sometimes I travel by spacecraft, sometimes on foot, sometimes by teleportation, sometimes by astral projection. I have visited a small agrarian town in Siberia and in China, and a larger more urban town in Alaska. When in Siberia, it was light outside in the middle of the night and I had travelled there accidentally. When in China, I was able to find rest in the small buildings meant for chickens. I saw a man performing farmwork and tried to use my phone to translate a conversation between us, to no avail. I also encountered a group of students from a private academy in red uniforms who were walking on a path nearby. They were bored/somber before seeing me, and when we saw each other they spoke English and we shared a laugh. When in Alaska, I was sitting on a tree when I was approached by three men who all looked me in the eye wordlessly. They pulled out guns and fired them in the air and about randomly. I felt as though both my legs had been shot, though when I retreated inside a local dormitory and removed my pants to inspect, I saw that I had only been grazed between the thighs.
The recurrent dream of traveling to remote towns by different means of transportation (spacecraft, teleportation, etc.) could symbolize a desire for exploration and adventure in your waking life. The fact that you accidentally end up in Siberia and find rest in a chicken coop in China can symbolize unexpected and unconventional places that bring you peace and comfort.
The encounter with a man performing farmwork and the inability to communicate with him using your phone may represent a struggle with language barriers and cultural differences, or difficulty in expressing yourself effectively in certain situations.
The encounter with the group of students in red uniforms who spoke English and shared a laugh could symbolize a sense of connection and understanding despite differences. This may represent a desire for more meaningful connections with others in your waking life.
The final part of the dream, where you are shot at in Alaska but only grazed, could represent a fear of danger or harm in your life, but also a sense of resilience and endurance. Overall, this dream may suggest a desire for adventure and exploration, as well as a need for connection and understanding with others, while acknowledging the potential risks and challenges that come with such experiences.
